Isabelle, I could use your thoughts on things with the scripting for our
service if you have some time tomorrow? I just want to hear how other
offices in the States are doing things if they use a similar service.
Perhaps if you're not the right person you could direct me towards a leader
that has a service taking overflow calls during business hours.
