Upon reviewing the invoices from May onwards, I noticed that the hourly rate was increased to $37.40 from the contractual value of 34$. Seeing that the second paragraph of the second page of the contract stipulates that any change in billing rate would come with a written notice of at least 3 weeks and that this was not done, I ask that you please revise all invoices received May 1st (starting at invoice 48254) and onwards and credit us the overpaid value.
