Unfortunately, no, when we sent the letters in October.
But we started bcc’ing ourselves ( "client-notification@thekey.com <mailto:client-notification@thekey.com>”) after November 2024 for every letter we sent to the client.
The only confirmation we have is from the logs. These logs are from our email vendor (Mailgun), from where we send emails in bulk.
