Hi Joey, Don't worry about the Intake-English group, that has been deleted. It was a group created for when Canada onboards with Zoom Contact Center, but after a discussion on how Montreal will be operating with Zoom Contact Center, it was determined that group would not be needed. Regarding how that call got to you ... it appears Jackie Dixon, in one of the Florida offices, inadvertently transferred the call to that group. Thanks, Mark Warner
