Hi Alyson,

I have reviewed the script and added two additional tests. From a payroll
perspective, everything else looks correct.

 @Umesh Shah <ushah@thekey.com>   Regarding the ClearCare file, how should
we handle entries where the rate method is blank but a Rate Name is
provided? Currently, the payroll team manually converts these to "Expense."
Should we default these blanks to "Expense" moving forward?
