Following up on my last communication on 9/24/24, as we have not received a response and client Robert Stuart's setting in ClearCare still indicates to charge tax. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anyone else that should be included to make this adjustment.

I wanted to follow up on Chakera's last email regarding the charge tax setting in ClearCare as it looks like this setting has not yet been updated. As a reminder, this setting must be updated in ClearCare if new clients are tax exempt or if a client switches to tax exempt status. ​​ 

 

This setting directly impacts the customer tax settings in the billing system through the integration process. Due to the timing of the integration process, if affecting the current weeks billing, I recommend making adjustments to tax settings by 4pm pst Monday to prevent errors. 

 

Please update this field on Roberts profile in ClearCare and let us know when complete. Billing will review Roberts invoice once it generates on Wednesday 9/25 to ensure it generates correctly without tax.
