Miriam Orlov's first care log was 4/24/2024. I received training regarding the CareScout partnership in May 2024, and we received the CareScout rate card in June 2024. Miriam's starting rate was $39 an hour, and it looks like her LTC started covering her shifts on August 9, 2024. A 3.5% increase applied on May 12, 2025, brought her rate to $40.50. If we had CareScout rates when she started, her rate would have been $37.50, and we would have increased it to $38.85 in May of this year. Do you think it would be appropriate to adjust her rate to $38.85 or should I adjust her rate down to the starting Care Scout rate of $37.50?
