That way the success managers get to think through, understand and make suggestions with the understanding that we are working together toward a shared margin goal. We will have our final meeting this afternoon with the Success Team and Staffing Specialists where we will come to a consensus and complete your spreadsheet. Really the only changes for us will be if there are clients no longer on service, or our margin is really low and we will add to the suggested increase, and also adding some clients who are not on the current list. Chicago will be at 100% by EOD.
