(I am out of the office = Thursday and Friday) Yes, we have Canadian ambassadors that attend = weekly meetings.=20 =20 There are no orange squares on the report for me, as I can only view the = report, so It won't populate the orange square. Some of the questions = may be answered on the reporting side as soon as this is enabled for me. =20 The main questions I have are more to do with the process. Initially, = there was communication to use our Home Care Assistance slide deck until = we switched to TheKey in late January. Somewhere along the way, this was = switched to use TheKey orientation. We are pleased to do this, but the = reports I am getting back from the Ambassadors are that some of the = information doesn't apply to Canada. (Not to mention, there is no French = version of the orientation available). The ability to have a Canadian = version of the slide deck would be welcomed.=20 =20 We only have four ambassadors for all of Canada, managing upwards of 900 = to1000 caregivers. Thus in-person orientation in two markets is not = reasonable, as the ambassadors don't live in the cities. In addition to = this, we are waiting on a National Care Academy account for training = support. Montreal has never had Care Academy, so additional training is = needed to get them up to speed. =20 I look forward to implementing a successful strategy for Canada and am = grateful for any support you can provide. =20 Anytime on Monday will work.
