 Good Afternoon,  I received a voicemail from the power of attorney for clients Anne & John Kiis for the Montreal office. She is claiming the family was charged $1,310.72 dated on Feb 20th, 2024. They stopped services on January 21st, 2024 so she is confused.  Would someone be able to call her and explain what happened here (what the charge was for). Her name is Veronique and she can be reached at 514-647-7795.
