Please take a look through it and then let me know if you have nay questions or concerns. We will need you to complete the sections in the SOW with rates, etc. Also if there is anything in Schedule A and B you would like changed, deleted
or any language added please indicate that in Schedule C. (*do not redline Schedule A).Once the agreement is signed we will further discuss with you villages who will potentially need your agencies coverage (as we back out other agencies they are currently
using who we no longer wish to move forward as a preferred supplier).
Please also note that we are working on updating the Resource Guide to add pcs but we will start with the current version sent to you and then provide updated once complete.
