We will also make sure anyone new going in is oriented on any of the provided policies at the Schlegel care communities and remind those currently assigned. I did want to clarify, it says PSW or equivalent required. Does this refer only to say a CNA or HCA in another province that would be considered the same as a PSW (just a different title) or are international nurses/caregivers with PSW experience still okay to go in? I assume it's the former but wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly.
