Hi Kim,

I don't know the mechanics of your client list very well, but the intended
population is those who did not get their increase in the October or July
cohorts, and who started before six months ago. It's possible that there
were errors, but it looks like in some of my offices I work with special
programs etc were properly but I can't speak to what happened in NY/NJ.
It's also my understanding that everyone on this list has already received
a letter last week, from Ben & Co.
