For the NY clients on this list, these rate increases went into effect in Dec 2022 so they should not be on this list(not even sure where these rates were pulled from because they are not accurate). Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the rates on this sheet, some are actually lower than what we implemented in Dec so if these were sent to the clients, this is going to cause a problem. Additionally, there are MLH (Alpine) clients on this list that should not have received letters so if they did go out, we need to get in front of this quickly with MLH. Can you confirm if they did in fact go out to the clients already?
