She didn't seem to know who in each market was responsible for submitting the claims. I had thought considering how infrequent these kinds of claims are made and seeing that Shameema has access to the WSIB portal (which we do not) that Shameema would be responsible for submitting claims. If this is not the case, then I need access to the portal so I can submit this right away. Currently I do not have any of our account numbers or access any longer.
