Just wanted to give everyone an update that Carolina needs to reset her password at her end in order to get access to OLBB to create the wire payment.
Unfortunately OLBB is a self-serve platform that we are unable to reset password on client’s behalf. User needs to reset password at their end.

We will send a verification code to your mobile number via Text for authenticating your identity.

Hope you are doing well this morning. As per confirmation from our support team wire limit is increased to CAD $1.5MM.
Unfortunately bank employees don’t have access to our client’s OLBB and the payment should be initiated at your end. The way to work around in this case is Carolina can be a payment creator and you can approve the wire payment with your authentication device (e.g. biometric ID or BMO Passcode). If this beneficiary information has been saved on a wire template, Carolina should be able to initiate the wire payment on her OLBB mobile device. If we are sending free form wire (beneficiary info is not saved), Caroline needs access to on a computer to create the wire payment.

In that case, we will need to get Tim access as soon as possible.

Just want to give everyone a quick update that I have obtained Carolina’s verbal confirmation today at 11:30am. It will takes approx. 1-2 business days to have the approval and our support team will reach out to confirm once the wire limit is increased to $1.5MM. Just a friendly reminder that once the wire limit is increased, it’s required to have 2 users involved for this wire payment which means one user will be a payment initiator and second user will be a payment approver in order for payment to go through.
