The referral was made to me and was before Isabelle (our HCL) started working. When Isabelle started, I handed it off to her in hopes she could grow it. I was assured by Julian that when the account was transferred over in Isabelle's name, it would not affect any clients that started before Isabelle's start date or my GM SPIFF plan. Hoping you can help get this account back in my name so it shows up in Chris proof ASAP as my bonus was already delayed for July because of this!!
