Tim - I understand now, my apologies for misunderstanding. As far as the etransfers are concerned, I want to make sure I enter them all on a timely basis and not wait until month end. Do you save the bank statements anywhere that I can view? Or can you send them to me and my team on a timely basis? I want to verify they hit our bank before entering if possible but let me know your thoughts.

Regarding the application of payments. When we spoke, we were not talking about e-transfers.  You took that over in September, so I have left that to you.



It was agreed that I would handle any direct deposits, which I continue to do so since I have access to the bank and because often their is no corresponding email notification from the depositor (i.e. Monty, Les Cedre’s).



Checks that come into the office and are made out to “The Key” or "HCA" meanwhile are being forwarded by me to the HCA address for JP Morgan in Toronto for application. Checks made out to Assistance et Soins a Domicile (the old French name for HCA) are being applied by me and deposited by me.



If any of this needs to change, let me know.
