Thank you for your support of this important initiative.  As we mentioned in the Weekly Announcements, our new policy is live.  

 

We are now 13 days into April and we have 5 complete so far with 100+ more to go!  Thank you to  <mailto:abroussard@thekey.com> @Alicia Broussard,  <mailto:araceli.gutierrez@thekey.com> @araceli.gutierrez@thekey.com,  <mailto:jennifer.piper@thekey.com> @Jennifer Piper, and  <mailto:coddye.ringnoonan@thekey.com> @coddye.ringnoonan@thekey.com for your support of this.    Please share my gratitude with Tia Poitra, Elie Castillo, Tina Sharbonda, and Lydia Jackson (who completed 2 60-day check-ins!).

We will be sending out the full list of all Caregivers who are needing their 60-day check in and annual performance review for April by the end of this week.  Additionally, please print this out:  Standard Operating Process  <https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vQ8foGBxXwlmUbT1QIa2xg22Y7-H4NdOXHk5GLRdfZaAHdq-37u8KLdd4U5lQi-7A/pub>  for your office to use as a guide.  It is the step-by-step process on how to complete these 2 forms and even with the 5 we have in, there are some gaps in how they were documented in WellSky.

 

Please let us know if you have any questions.  We plan on meeting with the regional managers to answer questions and go over the SOP again so they can support this in the field.

CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE TEAM ANNOUNCES CAREGIVER

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT POLICY

 

In line with enterprise goals to improve Caregiver retention, increase client satisfaction, and develop Caregivers to improve quality of care objectives, the Caregiver Experience team is pleased to remind the organization of the just-launched Caregiver Performance Management Policy. The company-wide initiative rolled out on April 1st and partners with all positions that supervise Caregivers. 

 

Effective April 1, 2023, the new policy requires:

*	A 60-day Caregiver Check-In, to be completed within 60 days of hire
*	A Caregiver Annual Review, to be completed within 1 year of hire
