This year we will be moving to P&Ls by "Site", which will be the lowest level geography for budgeting and for measuring 2024 performance. The Executive team developed the new geographic definition 2. Our managerial hierarchy: Division > Region > *Site * 3. You will be getting a budget template for each Site under your Region 4.
