It looks like she is ready to sign the = employment contract, pending following comments/questions: She is currently earning $88K + bonus (made $103K in the last financial = year). She is paid $5K/year for vehicle stipend. She wanted to see if = our basic package can be moved to match her current base. I mentioned to = her that our vehicle stipend is $7.8K and the fact that her travels will = be reduced significantly (she is travelling to another province = currently). Perhaps we should consider pushing her base to $85K.=20 Cindy wanted to get more clarity on the bonus structure - I will be = connecting with her tomorrow. Need a copy of what was sent to her. 3- weeks vacation is what Cindy is expecting. This is a critical step = for her to sign the contract. She was confused with 6% reference in the = agreement. (Again, I do not have a reference). I am fine with offering = 3-weeks vacation. I am assuming that 6% payout is in lieu of vacation. = Need clarity on this one from Brad. She brought up the CCM position and I let her know that the position is = not approved. And the fact that she would be better off making more = money in base and bonus as a HCL. No action required on this matter.
