Hi Chandani,
Pls note that this is not the payroll's fault. Payroll can pay only what
shows in their schedules in Clear Care.
If there are issues that their clear care shows the amts but payroll paid
out less or more then payroll can fix that. If there are issues with
schedules in CC then HR (Who does the booking) need to fix that.
