We set up the sheet in a way where all that needs to be done is the hours changed and it automatically calculates the amount. From my understanding , usually the amount is exactly the same on a weekly basis but sometimes there are updates. All I require is if someone can kindly just change the hours on respective clients weekly. Essentially I go in on invoicing days (Tuesday) and add in all the credits for last week's bookings and current invoice. So all we would need to ensure is before Tuesday that the correct hours are entered in for last weeks bookings. We can get on a meeting to discuss the easiest way and develop a plan if you like.
