The more information you can provide the better as this will ensure the recruitment teams are focused on hiring the right volume and types of CGs you need to be successful servicing your existing and target clients. If you do not have recruitment needs at this time or would like recruitment to be paused for any reason, please use the spreadsheet to document that information as well. In these instances I would also recommend making sure your RDO is aware that recruitment has been asked to pause and is in alignment with this direction.
