I find it unacceptable that it takes weeks to get a seemingly simple error at least looked at by the appropriate back-office team. How long will it take to fix it? This is my personal cell phone and in no way related to my business account with Amazon. I did not add this number but I can see it's associated with whatever account you have tried to set up for me. There is no way for me to remove it as it's not even listed on Amazon Business on my end. And I am not removing it from my own personal account. I can delete my SJD Amazon account of course and see if that works but I don't see how it fixes the issue considering the problem is related to how they are trying to send the verification code. They are sending the first one to my email which I am receiving just fine. Then there is a second code that is sent to my cell number which is not coming through and I’m not sure if the correct phone number is listed. 416-357-4584 is my cell number. I presume you’re trying to access Amazon Canada? When you say you’re trying to login, are trying to do that directly on their site or through the “Additional Stores” window on your Coupa home screen? The Coupa Punchout Catalogue is now the only approved method to purchase on Amazon. I see you have the option in Coupa, but I don’t see you listed as a user in the Amazon account itself.
