Follow up:

Spoke with Aaron from SHIP (Men's Shelter) to share feedback from our
staff's experience.  Feedback was well received.  He asked that an apology
be sent to the CG, that is not the culture they want and he is going to
deal with it, especially because there was an onsite supervisor present.

Called CG-Chirag to follow up.  He felt HCA took his feedback seriously and
he was very impressed that this is a good company that takes care of
the employees.
