Confirming Terence and I connected last night. I've added my thoughts in
before this AM. I see a few pending items in the comments that need
resolution.

Overall, strong first draft! Germaine/Terence, after you connect on the
pending comment pieces, let me know and I'm happy to hop back in for review.
