If a client in any way is connected to an HCL referral account, they automatically want to claim it even if its clearly word of mouth. Would love to fix this issue to allow the teams to work together better. We are also seeing accounts put in HCL names that they are not actively working and have been a self-sustaining partnership with opps for years that HCLs do not work at all but are getting them now. IE. hospital account with VAs that the HCL does not even have a point of contact with is now a referral account.
