I was assured it was looked after but I am wondering with the new =E2=80=9Cauthorization=E2=80=9D we had to do with al= l VCH clients and Versa pay if that is the glitch? I have cc Kristy in this so she can lend some insight into how authorizations are handled for statutory holidays and is this something clear care support should be handling. We are going to have to change them manually for this week I would assume before VCH gets billed but let=E2=80=99s make sure on that first.
