Hi Team,

I’m writing to share an important update regarding our lead and opportunity
management process. The entire LHA team—including the Bay Area and
Canada—is now fully integrated into Salesvue.

We are using Salesvue to standardize and track all initial follow-up steps
through structured task "Plans." This ensures every lead and opportunity
receives consistent, high-touch attention the moment it enters our system.

To ensure our tracking remains accurate and the lead experience stays
seamless, we must enforce a specific handoff point. Please note the
following:

   - Local offices can now see if the LHA team is working a lead or
opportunity by viewing the "Plan Tasks" section on the right-hand side of
any lead or opportunity record (see attached screenshot). They can also
view task dates on the pipeline report in Salesforce
   - Until a lead or opportunity hits the 'AX Scheduled' stage, please
check with the LHA team before making contact or taking over the record.

This process applies to all LHA leads and opportunities (including the Bay
Area and Canada). Thank you for your cooperation as we bring the full team
under this new standard.

Please reach out to myself, Amanda Ominsky, or Cristal Munoz if you have
any immediate questions!

Best regards,
Matt
