A few things that might need to be changed. Winnipeg payroll is Semi-monthly rather than bi-weekly. This will remain that way until payroll is taken over by HCA, if she is being paid by us. We do allow vacation to be taken as accrued rather than not allowing people to take vacation time until the end of the year. Maybe I am misunderstanding how the letter is written.
