Just to clarify=E2=80=94families don=E2=80=99t get both WRHA home care and = simultaneous funding. When you started with us, you were getting daytime WRHA caregivers and paying 100% out of pocket for overnight care through Home Care Assistance. The WRHA would have provided a letter stating the first day of the transition from their caregivers to the Self and Family Managed Care Program. This transition must have occurred after we transitioned your family=E2=80=99s care off to Mack Hastings. We would need to know the exact= date that WRHA funding kicked in as you would be tax exempt from this date going forward (official date stated in a formal letter from the WRHA).
