I have this as a top priority but I've been putting out fires instead of making progress. I am working on hiring a resource but don't have anyone on board yet. I apologize it is taking so long. Once I'm through a call with some of our Board members that's coming up next this morning I (should) be able to spend time on it. Angie, if it comes up please speak up for me as Tad wants me hyper-focused on this Amex card reset, but I'm going to take some time from that to resolve this bank access issue.
