We can't seem to reproduce the issue but it seems like for some reason, the data was corrupted. We have fixed the data corruption and this should not happen going forward. We've also put together a table outlining the impacts of this and went over it with Taneshia. If this happens again, we will look into the exact actions taken between now and when it happens again and we should be able to reproduce it. Please let us know as you observe the problem if it happens again.
