Hi all...my understanding is the answering service was separate. We
cancelled Tigertel on Friday and switched to Telerep for Mavencare NY &
Steps and will eventually(hopefully)be switching to FRAX for all. As for
the portal, we 100% cannot cancel the NY access anytime in the next few
months. We need to have access to all historical records for clients that
have been serviced by Mavencare since they opened in 2016. Since we are a
clinical model service in NY & regulated by the Dept of Health, all client
records must be maintained for a minimum of 6 years and employees for 3.
Audra has been in contact with the Maventech team and right now and it
seems our only option to move records is one by one, manually so this will
take awhile to get done.
