Hi Kathryn, Thank you for contacting support. Was she able to open and load the app prior to going offline? That way the app will be able to load/ update her schedule I tried signing in as her load my app before going offline and I can view the shift even without internet connection. Katherine butardo cannot view her shifts when she doesn’t have internet or is showing offline. I thought she wasn’t understanding offline mode at first but she actually just doesn’t have the shifts in her app unless she is on wifi. Please see attached screenshot
