Re: Outstanding questions and Financial Projection

Good afternoon Terri and Chantal,

I hope that you are both doing well. We apologize for the delay in getting
back to you regarding outstanding deliverables. Things have been extremely
busy and we are going through some structural changes within the
organization. Timothy has now been promoted to a corporate position and has
been named Head of Canada. He now reports to corporate and oversees all of
our Canadian offices. Having said that, we are currently working on filling
his Montreal position and looking at some changes in our Montreal office
structure. In addition, I may have an opportunity to be working more
closely with our corporate and other Canadian offices.  We have also hired
a business development person who is working in Montreal but reporting to
Corporate. All this to say, that there are a lot of question marks at the
moment.

1) Our organizational chart will definitely be changing. Given the changes
that are to come, are we entitled to any delay in the file?  We expect to
have a better idea of the changes and new structure soon - as soon as
Timothy's current Montreal position is filled.

2) Given Timothy's new role, and my potentially working with other Canadian
offices, are we still the right candidates to be on the French committee? I
am wondering if the management roles on the French committee should be
people that will be more connected to the day to day in  the Montreal
office?
