Upon investigating, we noticed= that there are 2 layers of caching on the Winnipeg site. One is Cloudfla= re (which we have access to) and the other is via the WP Rocket plugin. This plugin is installed and enabled on the Winnipeg and Toronto sites, b= ut not the Vancouver site. Our team (corporate dev team) will be the ones that m= ay access the CF account to clear CF-level cache as needed.
