So, May Incentive will monitor April Starts and be reported in June (around 15th to 19th) and paid out in June as well. If there is only 1 start and it is a long term start (shift after day 30) and occurs before reporting date, the LT SOC % will be 100% and will earn 2 keys. The client does not have to be on service when payout occurs, just as long as they made it to day 31+ with a shift.
