I think some of the care givers may have issues with the clock ins or the
app on their phone. I should have added that to my report. It is usually
repeat people. Also I have had some issues when I add a shift if I forget
to “untick” the caregiver confirmation box that seems to cause problems
even if re put it in and untick it.

I can fix this though and get them to use it properly. Or have an
ambassador follow up.
