Hi Shawntel,      Thank you for your email, I am showing the client is set up for monthly billing, they will be invoiced the second Wednesday of each month for the prior month of service. The invoice that most recently generated will be processed from the bank account we have on file and no further action is required from Bruce to ensure this is paid.  I am sending this email to assist Bruce to better understand why he has yet to be billed for his services for his wife Cathy Williams.

 He has sent messages and spoken with the billing department on several occasions and been told that he will be billed but he has still not yet been billed.
