The leadership team started meeting last week and will meet twice weekly to attend the pipeline call and then to huddle for review and collaboration. We are also going to meet in person for a full day monthly and include the sales team in the morning to ensure all are on the same page with referrals, client services and added collaboration to ensure best care.
