Email distribution groups have been set-up for each new group/ state emails for new starts/all of DCMetro 2. SOP's have been completed with/without details to ensure that the processes are easy to follow and the team understands what they are responsible for. 3. Review of processes are done daily by leadership and weekly changes made based on the analysis of the findings 4. Group virtual meetings with key members of each group are done 2x/week to address any items that are needing attention. 5. Weekly 1:1 meeting are done with Regional and their team members 6. Leadership calls are being done as needed with a minimal call weekly. 7. Individual contributors are encouraged to bring their ideas to the calls to discuss and make decisions on changes needed 8. Updates to SOPs are completed as needed 9. Hand-off discussions are reviewed several times a week and new processes are identified as needed. SOPs developed based on regulatory needs of the states. 10. Use of white board to update new clients/SOC/EOC for all three states 11. Reminders to the team on process reviewed and discussed at least weekly Everything has been trial and error with constant communication. We are finishing the folder with the files created and will have it to you this evening.
