Re: Referral House Accounts

We need to get HCLs into these accounts as well so we can maximize wallet
share. I trust you both to make the right decisions here but sales reps
should work B2B accounts and where we have a B2B account and choose not to
assign an HCL. I want to know who is going to own that account and the
expectations to grow those accounts.

When will this assessment be completed?
