To answer your question, both Tim and I will be looking at the B2B accounts assignments. There are few leads that are coming in from B2B accounts and HCLs are not getting credits for it. The concept is that these accounts have existed before the HCL started. There is also a misalignment with HCL and GMs on when the HCLs are tagged as the owner for other B2B accounts. I will book a meeting with you, Tim and I to discuss what should be the criteria for assignment. Also, there are many SLC staffing requests that should be given due credit to HCLs. Because someone has to manage these accounts from a business development perspective.
