Am I am sending the offer letter and all the other documents to Jay? If he has questions regarding compensation, etc, who do I direct him to? 2. How about reference checks and background check. Who will be doing those= ? 3. Am I having him sign the employee handbook, tax forms and confidentiality agreement on the first day, like I usually do with all my employees?
