Am I am sending the offer letter and all the other documents to Jay? If he has questions regarding compensation, etc, who do I direct him to? I sent you the standard offer letter. You have to make changes highlighted in yellow including location of the office and send it to Talent Acquisition team 2. How about reference checks and background check. Who will be doing those= ? Background checks remain the same for now. 3. Am I having him sign the employee handbook, tax forms and confidentiality agreement on the first day, like I usually do with all my employees?
