We have added $250 to the bonuses for Cathy and Shawntel based on the information you provided us. However Poulami was not eligible for more commission because she was already at the highest retention rate of 95%. Cathy and Shanwtel should see the payment this Friday (2/3) as I have uploaded them into Workday today.
