Good Morning Amanda,

I did a random audit of 10 caregiver files for you. Things are looking
significantly better with annual evals. From my audit we were at
approximately 75% with the caregiver annual evals (previously it was 50%.)
We are having those hosting orientation use the certificate that you shared
effective immediately to make sure that our percentage of proof of
orientation goes up. I am so sorry that was not captured correctly in the
