For rebrand, we would just need to update recording to include =E2=80=9CTheKey=E2=80=9D - with th= e option of =E2=80=9CTheKey, formerly Home Care Assistance=E2=80=9D which I can do with= whoever would like to decide on the updated brand phrasing for phone recording. I will defer to Keith/Gabe for CallRail as I=E2=80=99m not too familiar wit= h that system. For Email, we just need an official go-live date and we will switch the outbound default email to @thekey.com instead of @homecareassistance.com. Of course both email addresses will work and go to the same inbox regardless though so no users will miss anything.
